Most of us sleep well and we take it for granted. Not surprisingly, sleep is often one of the first things to go when we are pressed for time. But there are only a few experiences more miserable than being awake when we actually want to get some sleep. If it happens to you, you are not alone. A lot of people have been suffering from sleep deprivation for quite a while. There are several reasons; the advent of new technologies which we bring into bed, a busy lifestyle, an anxious mind are a few. More and more people are suffering from sleep problems which can often be treated without medications.
Hence The Sleep Therapy Clinic offers CBTi for insomnia and also offer help with Circadian rhythm disorders like advanced and delayed sleep phase syndromes and help to cope with shift work.
